Both of them are super heros, but I like batman. Spider man has gained power from a spider but batman has no such things. Batman uses his mind to prepare various equipments and other things

Funny that you compare these two, because both of them are my favourite superheroes.
Spider-man has been my all time favourite since I was a kid. Probably because I can very much relate to him - an average teenager who was given a gift/curse and entrusted a big responsibility to use it for good. And I especially like his movement & fighting style. It would be really fun to swing from building to building.
I like the new take on Batman not being your typical superhero, but rather an anti-hero and a dark character(like in the new movie). It seems more plausible because of his bloody past, rather than the happy-campy version like in the old tv series. The animation series is also one of the better Batman adaptations.
It's interesting to note that both of them use their intelligence & wit to compliment their strength & ability, rather than just using brute strength alone, with Spider-man & his scientific genius, and Batman with his detective intuition & stealth and of course, his wealth. They seem much more 'human' & realistic to me than most superheroes.
