my friend has no time to do it in the morning so she always do her exercise routines before sleeping. and because she is tired of working the whole day so after working out makes her exhausted... she only change her clothes then sleep. is it okay to do that? or the exercise just doesnt have a meaning if she does this everytime?

From what you have described above, it shows that she should not exercise anymore as she is already tired and exhausted from her work. I advised that she should only eat the right food to maintain her balance diet if ever she is having a hard time exercising regularly. You should tell your friend to avoid exercising if ever she is already tired, as this will cause her to be overfatigued and may likely result in muscle spasm and muscle aches. She can do some exercises in the morning, but not before sleeping. Have a nice day and God speed!

I personally couldn't do it, but if it is not affecting her sleep, and she is getting the exercise she needs, then, more power to her!

It doesn,t really do any harm, usually doing excercise gives you more energy but if shes that shattered afterwards then lucky her.

Hi there. I think when you work all day long, then go and workout/exercise, naturally your going to feel tired and exhausted and this is fine as long as your eating the right foods, getting the right amount, drinking water and plenty of rest as well, not too mention a good soak/shower before changing into clothes lol, then maybe a good sleep...

There is no "best time" to excercise really. It's always suggested that you shouldn't excercise in the evening because it's usually going to keep you up. But if she doesn't have any problem getting to sleep she can go on doing it I'd say.

No I don't think it is right to excerise before sleeping. It laso doesn't have the same effect like when she would be exrcise before breakfast. Also her body would be full of energy , so I cannot imagine how she can go to the bed after her activity.
