I live in Michigan, in the metro Detroit area. I love the history and musical background the city has to offer. I love the upstate region of Michigan and try to travel upstate every summer. I also love being surrounded by the Great Lakes. Tell me why you love where you live.

I born and grew up part of the time in Michigan and it is a beautiful state. I live in Missouri now and I like the changing colors from all the trees here. Our winters aren't as bad as Michigan's but we do still usually have snow on Christmas Day. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

We just moved to Seattle in May, but I love it here because it already feels like this is where I belong. I grew up in the Midwest, but the first time I visited Seattle, almost two years ago, I just seemed to slip effortlessly into the groove of the city. So when my fiance talked about wanting to move here for school, I was happy to come along with him. I think, now, that we will probably stay out here forever. :)

I feel safe here. It's in midwestern U.S.A. & it's boring as anything, but I feel safe.

I'm in the same region, but across the river in Canada. I love it both places as all my family is in Michigan. We spent every summer up north in the Curtis/Newberry area. I think Michigan is one of the prettiest states and the natural areas that it holds are just as great as being up north in Ontario. I have the best of both worlds.

I live in Baltimore, MD and it's a great state with a lot of GReAT history. The city, though high in crime and heroin and herpes, is really a city with a lot of charm and history. it's just really a great place to live and grow up...especially if you live outside the city in the county! Ha ha. I love the east coast and I think of the many states along the border Maryland is one of the best with all of it's history and culture. Oh and Old Bay seasoning...and ghostly haunts!

Well..... I live in the exact same area, only about 20 miles east of you. I don't much like it here for various reasons, but I do like the Great Lakes and not being too far from water. I also like the fall season. It's so beautiful here during fall that I can hardly stand it LOL.
