Testament.

probably i would write one to avoid future problems among the family if i have the wealth unfortunately i have no wealth, riches or any possession that would need a testament for me to divide among my family.

I have done three(3) will letters through the government of Malaysia agency. So no problem for me at all. Let say, next couple of minutes I die, so it will run down to the nominee systematically. And their service charges are reasonable. Better prepare, especially for your life & health insurance policy. I mean the beneficiary for re-endorsement. Very important. Nobody can manipulate your life insurance after you die as the re-endorsement on the will letter is the supportive documents....ehem....ehem...ehem....sorry Laurika, ...light cough!!!!

The transfer of property is very much there in our religion, supported by law. Therefore everyone has to write WILL - what we call. It is usually written when one reaches 50+, mostly by a man of the house. If he fails to write the WILL, the property is shared among his wife and children according to law. In the WILL the man can write more to some, less to some and nil to some. But if WILL is not written, then it goes according to the Hindu Succession Act.

In America, we commonly refer to it as a will. And while I don't have an official will, I have written down instructions if I should pass on before my parents or sister. My parents know a lot of that already, but I thought it would be good to have it on paper.

Given a chance I would rather have my last will and testament before something bad will happen to me.. I want to make sure that all the outcome of my hard work and sacrifice will go to the right person more so with my kids as they are my own (as flesh and blood). I want my wealth be protected and at the same time my kids will be given a good future even if I'm no longer around. I don't want them to go to someone who will just use them for their own pleasure without hesitation, then all my efforts and sacrifices and hardwork will just go to nothing...
