Did you ever get 100 responses to your discussions???

For the months I've been here, I haven't received responses that are over a hundred. I am not that good into starting my discussion, not that blessed to use catchful words, so I often start my own post. But I've seen some here, even over a hundred. I even saw other's receiving responses to a thousand but that was long time ago. Where members are close to 50,000, and there are mylot is just starting.

I mainly start discussions in the jokes section and its almost impossible to get anything like hundred responses there.To answer your question I've never got a hundred response or even close,my best is less thean 20.

No. I never have got 100 replies for a post. At most I get 13-14. That too very rarely. I am not so much popular in mylot to get 100 responses. I believe there are certain people who really rules here. There i have seen even very simple discussions getting thousands of replies.

i would love to achieve that... but i guess 30+ is the most i got but not often. i got a lot of responces every once in a while.

The most response that i got from the discussion that i started is 18 or 19... it would be cool to have 100 responses but it would take time to read and response to to them... but i am quite happy with the number of response that i am getting but i would be happier if i get more...

hehe ~ 100 respones ,it is a high number to me ,i could only get 5 at most and i think the person who get so many request must be friendly

yes I have one discussion that has over 100, it's os about cheating on yor husband when he is in the militray

Hi!indiavani Wow! that would be great to get 100 responses.I am pretty new here when i got 19 responses which was the most i got so far i was pretty excited.As you say going through them all and answering would take quite sometime but still if i could get it i'll be thrilled. I just noticed even you have been getting alot of responses.Being new i am just following carefully to see how only some are getting alot of resonses.But many are coming up with some real good topics worth discussing.Now i better get down to starting some of my own.Have a good day.

I was not able to reach that number I guess, but close to it, Some have even more than 100 responses. I do not know how they did that but perhaps it has something to do with your presence in the net and the number of friends you got. At any rate it is very muchposible to get that much response. Hope you will, keep on posting.

Let's see... my discussion I can remember that had over 100 discussions was many months ago. It was actually long before I had anywhere near as many friends as I have now. The topic was "Choosing to have an only child" and I think it got a lot of responses because SO many people feel strongly on that topic. I got only children telling me how much they loved or hated it, people with siblings saying how much they either loved or hated their siblings, people telling me I should do whatever I wanted and tell everyone else to get their nose out of my business, and the occasional person who seemed to believe that having only one child was the equivalent of child abuse. *sighs* It was kind of a heated topic. I think it got around 120 responses at the end. I don't think I've gotten quite that many again, but I've been in the 70's or 80's quite a few times. Usually either on personal stuff because I have a lot of friends that care about me, and then I'll get responses from people with similar experiences as well. The other one I can think of that was fairly popular in my early mylot career was my "What if my child turns out to be straight???" discussion. *giggles*

Ever since I became a member of mylot and had my own share of posts, I can't remember a post that got a hundred responses. Not to mention responses that are near the mark. Sigh! I don't know why but maybe my posts are just not that interesting enough. But still I am thankful that there are friends that do make a response to my post. Thank God for them friends!:)

Hey. For now, I don't started a lot of discussions and I haven't recived a lot of responses of them, but maybe in the future. Anyhow, one hundred response it is a great number, but I think is hard to reach. I am curious what's the amount paid for one hundred responses recived...

no,,i havent get 100 responses ever ,i just new in this site,..hopefully someday i get 100 or more than...wish me luck! hehehehe

It wouldn't really matter to me if my responses are only like 5 or 10. as long as its quality responses, then I'd be very grateful to people for sharing :)

How much water you drink? is the topic of mine which has received more than 750 responses. How much you pay for haircut in your country is the one which received around 800. Do you call tomato as fruit or vegetable has received close to 900 responses. Similarly I have more than 20 topics which received more than200 responses and I must have posted more than 50 topics which have received more than 100 responses. I have posted close to 3000 discussion topics.

I had become one of the members of mylot family about 9 months. One of my discussions about chain letter which I created 8 months ago had got a hundred and five responses. I was still green at that time and with less friends in my friends list, so I believed “friends” definitely not the reasons to get such a number of responses. I had taken quite some time to read and to reply all of them. Of course I felt happy to get over a hundred of responses to my discussion. Anyhow I do feel happy with the number of responses I am getting now.

No I didn't get 100 responses for my posts yet. But I am sure that you are a tricky person to make people respond to your discussion. I like the nature of the discussions. Tempting readers to respond. Keep it up All th best

I did not ever get 100 respons to my discussion, I think many discussion in mylot not have 100 respons, god bless you my friends. best regards

I have never had any where near 100 responses to any of my discussions. I do like the small discussions though as you can read all your responses with ease and freshness. I also like to reply to those that took the time to respond, can you imagine having to reply 100 times and how would decide who got the best response?

No I haven't received that much responses. So far, the most that I got is more than 30. I'm already rejoicing that number considering that I'm just new here and not being online everyday. I'm so thankful to those who gives time to read and respond to my discussions.
