According to wikipedia there are two survivors of the Titanic still living although neither has actual memories of the sinking. They are:
Barbara West Dainton; 96 years old and lives in Truro, England.
Millvina Dean; 95 years old and lives in Southampton, England.

wao craftcatcher, that is amazing! Thanks for that rare peace of knowledge. I had almost concluded they had all moved on to the next world! Its a pity they have lost memory, these would be people to hang with just to hear the story live!

It's been 95 yrs since the Titanic went down so both would have been babies at the time. What a way to start out your life! I hope that the rest of their lives were smooth sailing. It would be great to sit down with them though. I love listening to the elderly tell stories from their lives.

I was also very touched by the story and the movie Titanic and I saw it a few times without feeling bored at all. I love the main heroes in the movie and appreciate their wonderful performance that made so many people touched as to weep and cry.
But I don't think that there is anyone still alive as it has been so long ever since the terrible disaster happened. Of course it would be nice if anyone is still alive after so long.

I believe you because the person I saw as the narrator of the movie looked vey old and they say she was on the ship in 1911 when the ship wrecked! Thanks for your response Williamjisir!

yeah this movie is very interesting... im not fond of watching movie but this movie get my interests... it touches my heart everytime i watch this... i have been watched this for more than 20 times coz i got a lot of lessons here...
