im trying to loose weight but i seem to have very little willpower to get me up and going any ideas?

I think Weight Watchers is the best to lose weight. You can still eat normal food as long as it's within the daily points you are allowed. My husband lost a lot of weight using weight watchers and he didn't even go to the meetings. Of course, exercise plays a big role too. Good luck to you.

Good for you! Swimming is great exercise. At least you are motivated!! Unlike me sitting here in front of the computer...lol

For me, I set a goal. If you have a goal it might motivate you more. Like if you know there's this hot date coming up, or a trip to the beach and you want to look good for it, try setting a goal, hopefully it will help you.

been swimmin last 2 days now and goin again today. just doin it 4 myself my gf likes me just the way i am but just need 2 loose 2 stone and will then be the weight i should b.

One of the best ways to lose weight is to be active so try to take a walk each day of at least an hour and that will help. Swimming is good as well. Try to cut out sugar and fat and eat more fresh and less processed food. Also it helps to eat when you are hungry, chew your food slowly and when you start to feel full stop eating, always try to leave some food on your plate as well. Good luck.

The number one thing I do to help me lose weight is count calories. I know it sounds boring but it is a great way to see exactly how much you are eating. Before I started counting calories I was eating almost 3,000 calories a day and I didn't even know it. I am now on a 1,200 calorie diet and it is working beautifully. Good luck! I know you can do it!!!

Actually I think the main think in loosing weight is the willpower. And the real problem with it is not that it doesn't exist in the person, rather is that he/she has no good reason to use it. Wil power needs a good cause to be activated. Try to establish your goals, but not so big ones. For example: "I want to loose 1 kilo his month!", instead of "I want to loose 10 kilos" no matter when. Loosing weight is about burning more calories than you eat. Establish your goal and Go for it!

Stay ot of the house, and do more active things like jogging at park, or hiking. If find that if I stay indoors, I tend to eat more.

just been swimmin 4 an hour feel tired but graeat ! hardest part was gettin there willpower and that
