I know what you mean. My son (8 years) cae home one day and said I hate spanish why do why have to learn it?
I smiled at him and said honey if you learn different languages you can go to different place and you'll know what to say and you'll know what they're saying to you. Then he said you can't speak spanish so you can't go anywhere.
But he got that point I think

I have a nephew who is about 2 years old and he is learning almost 3 languages at the same time .due to this my nephew has been a bit slow. For which i talked to a speech analyst who happens to be my friend and by her opinion it is like in the first few years of the child is where the child learns the most and if he has to learn more than one language, the child will take more time than other kids who are learning only one language.so in my opinion and my friends opinion it is ok for the child to learn 2 languages and it'll only help in his future.

That's very good of you, your son should really learn and concentrate on this because it'll help him soon he grows up. I too am not a native english speaker, it is our second/third language. But we are thought at the early age to atleast spell and speak out some english words, so we can be more aware of the language.
