I m having bad hair day today-please help..

I desperately need some advice on how to stop losing hair, without the use of bad, harmful chemicals. I m now using Dove shampoo, n a conditional from Loreal.. Maybe the stree is also paying a role in my hair loss... I dunno.. But apart from eating fuits n vegetables, can you suggest some remedies for my hairfall?..Also I m losing hai from my forehead,,so what s the best hair style in this case???
