Do you feel funny calling yourself a daycare provider with one family?

Okay technically I am a home daycare provider, but I only have one family and don't plan on adding any others. When people ask me what I do, I always feel funny saying that I do daycare, because I know that in thier mind it probably brings up a picture of a houseful of little ones running around, when in reality it is only 3. I also feel guilty about having this time in the day when the pre-schooler is having his alotted tv time while my DD is at pre-school, one of the little ones is asleep and the other is in my arms while I type almost ready to lose the sleepy battle. So I get time for myself to indulge in things like posting on this board. What a great job.
