How do you prefer eat sunflower pipes with or without Salt?I prefer with Salt and you?

i haven't eaten it for years,to keep fit.it has too much calories!but it does yummy!

if you are talking about sunflower seeds, i prefer them with salt. they are a great low fat snack that will fill you up without adding a lot of calories to your diet. i imagine they are a relatively healthy snack too (but i guess eating them with salt defeats the purpose eh? as salt is not all that good for you!!) have you ever had them on salads?
