Is Hits 4 Pay consider a MLM? It's a long story...

It's a long story for me to have to repeat but I was just wondering if it was because some guy flagged me on Craigs List and is now sending me harassing, vulgar emails that I violated the Craigs List terms. I should report him. If you want to read the entire post check out my post under craigs list - it's too long to retype here and may violate the terms of mylot. Just wondering if Hits 4 Pay is MLM than that would be why he is sending me nasty emails (not that he should) but I don't understand what term I violated. I didn't post it as a job on craigs list. I did the stupidest thing too - I responded to one of his emails and now from my response - he has my direct email instead of just the one craigs list generates. I reported his emails to me as spam.

Strictly speaking it's mlm but as OldBuddy said it's not marketing any product that you need to buy first.
I think any business that pays you "signup" money from the signupcost of your refer is unethical, because earning money is solely based on finding new referrals, there is no real underlying business. It should only pay you for work done or products/services purshased "voluntarily" by that referral.
In that sense Hits4Pay is not a "pyramid MLM". It never charges to sign up and even pays users $10 for signing up so I don't have any ethical objections in promoting it.
I'm actually doing very well with this program and has always paid on time.

It is no need to fear. I am doing well in this site but little in counting. No one is writing me yet as you wrote here.
I have little down line just 31 members in first level. Now second level is just of 7 members.
If you can help me to make my downline. It will be better.
