I have ulcer before. But my grand mother told me to drink milk and eat bread. Then your stomach wouldnt ache anymore. But also, try not to skip your meal. Eat your meal on time and of course go to the doctor for that.

Hyperacidity is address by neutralizers like milk or other remedies over the counter medicine. To completely cure it take some iron supplement together with Vitamin C for absorption.

Stress is one cause of having ulcer. Drinking too much coffee and carbonated drinks even on an empty stomach are also the problems causing it. I think we should avoid taking anything especially medications before meals, unless prescribed by a physician. Right now, I am taking antacids that comforts me.

Hi butterfly39! Glad taht you are not skipping meals already. Sometimes I have a tendency of doing that because of work. But now that I know that it will not do good to me then I should stop. Thanks for sharing your views. God bless always! d=)

Yes, occasionally I do have stomach ache or gastralgia. Lucky that I don’t have ulcer so far. Really, I was told that stress or skipping foods too often could cause ulcer.
If I take fruits with an empty stomach definitely I will suffer for stomach ache. If I take too much food or never take any food for a long period I then most probably will get gastralgia. In the former case I have to take some bread or biscuit first and then lie flat on the bed with the stomach underneath. Whereas the other I of course have to take some porridge to relief the pain gradually.

Maybe skipping meals could result in an ulcer but there are many other causes as well! I have a condition called Helicobacter Pylori that is believed to cause ulcers and have to take medication for it every day to try and stop an ulcer from forming and to stop the pain it causes! I try to eat a little often - it is meant to be better for your body! xxx

It is best not to be empty stomach for too long.Always carry some type of food or snacks in your bag.Never ever skip the breakfast because if you skip that the gap between the meals becomes very big & puts pressure on the stomach.

It is a bad feeling to have a stomache ache. I will take some medicine to get over it. I think this is the best way for me to solve this problem. Usually it works and I don't have to go to see the doctor. Most of the time I just need to take the medicine once and I'll be soon alright.

Hi, I have ulcer for many years now, and when I got it I was taking ranitidine, but after a while it stoped working. The last medicine I am getting is Omeprazol, and it works wonders for me. I haven't taken in in 2 months now, and only take it when getting pain, which lately is maybe one or twice eevery 3 months. The Omeprazol has probably cured my ulcer that came due to extreme stress, too much smoking and coffee drinking

Eat properly, (have full meals), and take the medication prescribed by a doctor. Will clear up in a jiffy.

That is my previous ailment, actually and now no more.
FIRST:-
TAKE FOOD FOR EVERY 2 HOURS OF INTERVAL.
SECOND:-
You have to buy reflexology sandal or slippers and use it for continuous 20 minutes in a day. Don't get on it more than 20 minutes, just perfectly 20 minutes. Immediately after that, take a glass of 'water', so that toxic will rid through urination.
This is my profound learning as previously I used to be.
