I have two tips :
1) Sleep early accordingly .
2)Do not load your Tummy too much during the night.
Also,Alarm clock may not help If you are the kind who wakes up at the sound of Alarm Clock, puts it down and then again
goes to sleep .
LOL !!!

We share the same problem! Lately I noticed that if I have something on my mind that I want to do or needs to be done I get up immediately. If you dont have any reasons why you wish to wake up early, make an objective eg. see what you will love to have for breakfast and make it happen. If you like chocolate, be sure to have a jar of spreadable chocolate (like Nutella) and before you go to bed, remind yourself that you'll wake up and make toast with chocolate or whatever you like. It can be your favorite cereal as well. It seems to work for me.

I think the best tip for waking up early in the morning is to just set an alrarm thats what I do every morning when I have to wake up early to go to work. With out an alarm I dont think I would wake up early unless if I had to go to the bathroom or something thats when I will wake up early lol. Also when you do wake up put some water on your eyes that will help you keep awake.

The best advice i can give you is this. If you want/have to get up early, you will wake up early no matter what. It's as simple as that. It's not a matter of getting up in the morning, it's a matter of whether you want to wake up early or sleep the day away.
This coming from someone who likes to sleep and is always late. Hahaha. But seriously, if i need to wake up early i wake up early. if i don't care about getting up in the morning (sometimes for work or something else), i wake up late. ^_^

It's really difficult to wake up in the morning especially if you had the habit of sleeping through the daytime. Try doing these. Move your great toes. Move it up and down and fast. And then stretch, stretch, stretch. Then rub your eyes until you are comfortable to open them. If you still feel that your eyes will shut then resist it. Get up and go to the bathroom while jumping and stretching and shaking yourself then have a cold shower. hehe.. for sure you'll wake up.. It is easier to wake up during summer so when it's cold in your place make your room warm because it's easier to wake up when you feel warm and uncomfy.Use heater. When your using aircondition turn them off before you sleep or put them into timer mode to shut at dawn. Or drink 2 to 3 glasses of water before you sleep so that the next day you'll really get up early to use the toilet. Or if your using the alarm clock and all you do is just turn them off when it alarms, place it far from the bed so that you have to get up just to put them off. Just make sure that you don't go back to bed coz for sure you'll fall asleep again. You should have a reason on why would you wake up early, like a job or a breakfast date. And most importantly, pray to God before you sleep that He wakes you up early. That's effective trust me.=)

Hi, i think its all in the mind.
If we want to get up early, we do, provided you really do want to get up early, where there is a will there is a way, and we all know that from within, as at times am sure you would have seen, that if there is something very important, no matter whatever alarm time we mayve set, we do get up , maybe earlier than the set time even, as we have ti in our minds to get up early that day, same ways, oif we make up our minds to do something we can easily achieve that.
I dont think you actually would need tips with that, if you want to wake up early, but as you have asked i can share a few things with you. Yes, the alarm is always there, beside sleeping early for at least 7-8 hours of sleep, after which even if the alarm goes off, you would be up earlier than that. Its a body alarm clock we all have within us i think, that goes off after we have had a proper nights sleep of those 7-8-9 hours of sleep, sop ensuring that you sleep early and ahve those many hours of sleep, would definately help you. Secondly, incase you drink or have tea, coffee, or any other form of addiction, should avoid that 3-4 hours before bedtime. Thirdly, watching too much of Tv at night hinders our waking up in the mornings in time too, maybe you can keep a windopw open at night, so that the morning fresh air, and the birds chirping in the morning would wake you up naturally too. Make a routine that every morning you have to be up early and go out for a walk, or exercise etc, and if you set a routine, you will habitually start getting up early on your won. Hope these help, have a nice day :
