you should be responsible enough to let the teacher know..you're gone tolerating things at worse..

I reckon your better off keeping your nose out of this one. The old saying goes, cheaters never prosper, and it's true. She may manage to get through school by cheating but when it comes to finding a job, very soon she will realise she doesnt know half of what she should and wont be able to keep one if she gets it.
Just keep your own head down and do the work thats set before you because you know that you will be able to do whatever job it is you want while she will be forever struggling.

If the girl is not bothering you or like saying it into your face that she is better than you then the best thing to do is just to ignore her... i agree that cheaters never win maybe not today but she will surely get what she deserves in the future...like when you take the board exam... it will be difficult for her to cheat then...

That is something that you will need proof about before going forward. Perhaps an annonymous note to the teacher would cause them to watch this student closer. If it is not affecting you it might be best to just ignore it. This student will get her due someday.... cheaters never win.
Some professors grade on a curve and if that is the case then it is very definitely affecting you.
