Gluten and casein free diet

My son is 5 and has autism and is just having a real hard time. I currently am restricting his diet from artificial sugars and food colorings. It has made a difference. Now to even further this, I hear that having a gluten and casein free diet is supposed to help tremendously. Does anyone know about this? Any advice?

I watched a program on Oprah just this week and she had two ladies on the show talking about their autistic children and this lady has a book out too. SOrry i forgot her name but she is currently dating Jim Carey the actor. She changed her sons diet and it helped tremendously. Check out oprah.com and i'm sure they will have more details and even a webpage for you to talk to the two ladies directly. Good luck!
