i got hyperventilation sometimes then i get either a headache, pain everywhere in neck, back etc getting dizzy and so on, ive teached myself not to worry anymore about anything, i think everyday that god will help me through the days and in him i trust,i start off the day with a good workout, breakfast learned to plan my day, go away from the pc and that all helped me to get better, especialy the workout, i wonder how other people experiences hyperventilation, panic attacks etc and what they do to avoid it or what they do to get better

I recommend that you learn some breatheing techniques. Learning the appropriate way to breath deep and even mediate a bit on your breathing will help many of these things you mentioned. Also, yoga might help... focusing on breathing is a very important aspect of practicing yoga.
