What's your favorite kind of sandwich?

Many of us have eaten so many sandwiches growing up that we hope never to see one again. I am not big on sandwiches except for the rare occassion when I get in the mood for one. Lately I've been having some honey baked turkey slices with a slice of baby swiss cheese and a tiny dab of light mayo in 1/2 a pita bread pocket... and it's really good! So what is your favorite kind of sandwich or do you hate them all together?

In college...it was like i get enough of that ham and cheese sandwich... i eat one all the time... like for breakfast, lunch, merienda, etc... but now i don't care about it very much... the sandwich that i am into right now is the club sandwich...i think it is healthy in a way that i has vegetables and when we use wheat bread instead of the regular white bread...

I don't think I've ever had a club sandwhich but I do see them everywhere. Sandwhiches are so cost friendly, I think that's why we eat so many of them throughout our school years.

I would always make my own club sandwich... i worked as a waitress in a restaurant and i got the technique of making a club sandwich by watching the cook make one...

I'll have a peanut butter sandwich (never with jelly though, eww) whenever I'm in need of comfort food, it takes me back to days as a kid.

I love anything from Subway, with a whole grain bread and some of all the veggies except the jalapenos. At home I want a sliced turkey and some shredded cheese, and mix salsa and mayo9 together. I like large leaves of lettuce, chopped tomato and onion, and roll all of the above in a tortilla. I mostly like anything someone else will feed me.

I love Subway, their tuna was my absolute fave on Fridays. You know how they have a different sub for each day, well Fridays is Tuna night so I'd go and get like $1-2 off or something like that. But one night out of the blue I became allergic to tuna and anytime I've tried to eat any kind of tuna since then I get the same reaction, red face, bumps, itchy, can't breath. I miss my tuna nights! Everything else from there is pretty good too, I'm like you, if someone else is making it then I'm all for it.

Mmmm sounds tasty I've never put it on pita bread but baby swiss is the best.If I get a sub it's always turkey and a white chhese.Right now I've been eating chicken wrap I make at home with chicken fingers, honey mustard, shredded lettuce and mild cheddar on a tortilla wrap, like McD makes.

That sounds really yummy, mmm... chicken wrap! Not a bad idea either. Do you buy the chicken fingers already made? I've had the turkey wrap all week and I'm getting tired of it, lol, need something new.

A good knuckle sandwich is Ok if the other guy asks for it. I've had a few myself, but they are not My favorite Food by any Means. Whenever I get in the mood I give one, but only if it seems necessary at the time. Last time I had one, my eye swelled up, so I put some raw beefsteak on it and that seemed to take the swelling down.I've never heard of using a slice of baby swiss cheese, but perhaps with the dab of Mayo it would be as good as the raw beefsteak. NO I don't hate knuckle sandwiches, but I have to say.. I prefer giving to receiving!

I love sandwiches! My all-time favorite is a salami, cheese, and Miracle Whip with a few original Lays potato chips inside for a little bit of crunch. It sounds a little weird, but I usually eat chips with a sandwich anyway. For some reason, it is the perfect combination in my book! My 2 and 4 year olds are addictied to toasted peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. They would eat them all day if I allowed it!

I've put chips in my sandwhiches all my life, lol, people do say it's weird but it really is quite yummy. I've never liked peanut butter an jelly sandwiches, I love them on their own but together they gross me out.

My favourite sandwich is just to spread some butter, top it with a cheese slice or a salami, mix some finely chopped cucumber and tomatoes with thousand island dressing, spread this mixture on the cheese slice or salami and cover with another buttered bread and just bite into! and whenever i am in a mood for some 'sweet' sandwich, i make some with peanut butter. it simply tastes heavenly on a warm toasted slice.

Sounds yummy. That's actually my best friend's favorite too, she's so picky about just how crips the bacon is, lol.

Sandwiches are one of my favorite things to eat, so it's really hard for me to choose just one. Right now my favorite is roast beef, brie cheese, and roasted red peppers marinated in olive oil and garlic on a crusty roll. I can get it at a local shop near me and they will even grill it so the cheese gets warm and soft. Other than that one, I like a lot of Italian sandwiches including your basic Italian sub.

My favorite sandwich changes regularly. Right now my favorite is the same as yours. I prefer brown mustard on mine instead of mayo. I am funny though, I really prefer the honey baked turkey to any other turkey and I really feel there is a difference in taste between baby swiss and regular swiss. I haven't tried it on a pita. Sounds good.

I prefer the honey baked as well, it has a sweeter and lighter flavor, even my cat favors it. I think the baby swiss taste very different from the regular or aged swiss and I like it better too. It taste great on a pita.

I love turkey sandwiches with wheat bread. I don't eat sandwiches very often because I get hungry really easily and I prefer to have rice or noodles as my normal meal. Very ocassionally, I would love to eat some bread and I would definitely go for turkey sandwiches. Sometimes they put mango in it and it tastes so fresh and nice too!

I like tuna and egg sandwhich. Everytime I'm on the mood of doing spreads, it's always tuna and egg together. My children also loves eating sandwiches. But they like peanut butter more. But I also tries varieties of spreads so they will not get so used of eating peanut butter sandwiches.

MY all time favorite is a double bacon cheese burger. I love it with mayo, lettuce, pickles, and tomato on a grilled bun. Now that I said that I have not had one in about two years. I have been dieting for two years and have lost 101lbs.

I'm surprised that it's expensive there, it's so cheap here that a lot of people eat it daily because it's the cheapest to eat. If you really like it, try buying some online through an American grocer, you'll get a better price and since it's canned it will ship well. It used to be my favorite sandwich too but this year I became allergic to it.

Hello gmakesmoney, My favorite is tuna sandwich. I like it in wheat bread with lots of mayo with fresh tomatoes and sliced cabbage. I also like bacon and egg sandwich, I think I like them all together. Pita sandwiches I usually order them whenever I eat at KFC here in our country, they have several variety of them. Everytime I go eat there I'd try a new one. :-)

My favorite sandwich is grilled cheese. I remember one week when my two daughters were little I was short on money so they had peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for lunch all week. They wouldn't eat them again for a couple months.

I like ham and cheese sandwiches. No condiments though, I don't use them.
