At first, i think he is stupid. Now i heard that he is retarded in the episode that he found out that he is retarded. It quite funny though that episode. Do you guy like Peter?He is funny right?

Peter is very funny yet the whole retarded, or should I say PETARDED thing fits him perfectally and would actually answer alot of questions about him. See Peter does alot of stuff that makes absolutely no sense and makes you want to say "WHAT THE F***" until you find out that he is PETARDED!!

Peter is pretty funny and you're right, there was one episode where he was actually diagnosed as being mentally retarded...one of my favorite episodes actually!

yea he is retarded, and unlike other cartoons, family guy keeps up with this story line and mention it in like 3-4 episodes afterwards
