Few tips for Good health

Drink atleast 8g lasses of water each day with one glass early in the morning on empty stomach.
Eat Balanced diet including food that is rich in vitamins and proteins.
Apply sunscreen to the exposed parts of the body without fail whenever you go out.
Use a branded shampoo (after an oil massage whenever possible) followed by a conditioner taking care of the type of hair before choosing the shampoo.
Exercise regularly starting in the simplest way possible and from 10-45 minutes daily at your convenince.
Be optimistic towards life and try to smile and be happy always.
Have a good night sleep of atleast 6-8 hours daily.

GReat comment. I think being optimistic towards life is most important. If we wake up thinking 'its gonna be a good day' it generally is. Did you know it takes more muscles to frown than to smile. So why not smile more, eh!

Good tips. I will like to emphasize on two points. First, healthy mind is necessary for a healthy body. For this, one should have a positive approach towards life and other people.Any negative thought gives rise to tension and tension is bad for health.
Second, do pranayama (breathing exercises)daily. This is the best exercise as per my experience.
