Feeling nervous while giving speech to public

I do had seen some feeling nervour or may some are afraid to give a speech to public. This used to have for me in the initial stage when I used to give seminars or take classes. Later I got bit relaxed. Still in the cases of others those brillant people who has lot to convey who has lots of ideas find it difficult to or feel some uncomfrotability while giving public speech. I do find it very pity that their view their valued views are not reached to public. STill when we talk personally they have a bunch of good news and ideas for us. Why is this. Shoudl they go for any public speech coachings or it is just psychological matter.

It needs practice a lot to make yourself brave enough to make a speech in public. Some people seem to be born to be brave enough to make a speech before the audience, some need to be trained to be brave enough to make a speech. I think that the reason why some people feel nervous making a speech might have something to do with the confidence he/she owns.

Through my learning of about to have good method to be a best public speaker, I have to learn infront of full size of mirror. Full size mean as tall i am.
From there, I learned about how to monitor and take control my body language and voice language. And next is time speaking fraction. Let say, my speaking or addressing that speech is for and hour, I must breakdown it into for every 10 minutes for one fraction. Mean I have to sub-divided topic of addressing into six(6) per fraction. This method is actually to make audience will not feel bore on my addressing.
Jokes through idioms must have five(5) and must related to the topic or subject. Because by using idioms, the audience easy to catch up our addressing and motive of speech.
