And are we as a society spending too much media time on such things? I sometimes wonder what else is getting pushed OUT of the headlines when things like this come up.

I don't know if he is guilty or not and to be honest I don't care! But I agree the media is feeding too much of it to us. Celebrity cases are tried in the media now a days and it can't be good for the judical system. There are so many important things going on in the world while we waste time on OJ!

I was amused to hear a segment on NPR a day or two ago titled "What you've missed in the news while we were busy with the OJ Simpson Case" or something very similar. At least someone's beginning to recognize the problem!

Well, i think that OJ is guilty and i am so glad that he got arrested finally.
I hope that he will not get any way to get his self out in jail.

It think people are interested in this story but I know what you mean about news being buried when something like this hits the headlines. If he is found guilty then I think he will get a big sentence.
