I`m in the medical proffesion would like to go overseas and find a medical job there anyone with guidelines help would be appreciated

Great sites. Do you know of any jobs for overseas-trained doctors (Im from Australia, married to a US citizen) and really am tired of studying the USMLE (never knew there were going to be 4 exams and so many fees involved).
