What business do you think can i run???

For now we had a computer shop but we rent only a place, the owner of this place said to us that she will now use this place because she is planning to have her own business here, we have no contract with them or any agreement so she just said to us that we have until march, 2008 to look for another place... If we transfer to another place, we will not be sure of our earnings if we still plan to have a computer shop so we decided to venture to a new one... Im just thinking what will be a good business for us??? If you were in my situation what will you do??? Can you specify me some business that doesnt require a high capital?? thanks and godspeed...

in my own point of view, the owner has all the rights to use that place anytime he/she wants since you havent made any written agreement/contract regarding the rent with them (next time, you should have a written agreement/contract with a specied date on until when you have the right to occupy any space for rent, and if the owner fail to abide to such, you have the right to sue the owner)...about the new business, you should try to see what is selling well in your area or what is in demand and not many store provides for it...like for example, in our area which is near the school, there is a school...now many students would go to the downtown area to have some books photocopied (this is what is in demand)...so to provide for the demands, a good business would be a photocopying center since many students demands for it...hope you get my point.
