Scam mails for winning a lottery

I would dearly appreciate any help. I receive these mails in my bulk folder daily and it is really getting annoying. Is there any way I can block them? Most carry the same message body= your e-mail was drawn randomely and therefor please reply with your full details etc etc.... I am now getting to the point that I want to answer these mails with an insulting remark but as yet I simply delete them. Good advice anyone?

I hope you report these emails before you delete them! I've yet to find a way to keep from getting these and it makes me crazy also. Since we're on the internet we can't help but fall prey to these scams. It seems that even our filters don't help right? If you find an answer to these I will be thrilled.
