Best Legal Downloading?

I'm wondering, now that there are a bunch of different legal music downloading 'sites', which you guys prefer? So far, I've found a small number, but as almost everyone I ask seems to be able to find more, well... I'm moderately confused. So - what are the good and bad points of different LMD's, in your opinion? Some: Napster iTunes eMusic (will add as needed)
