Sauna Slim Belt, Is It Effective In Reducing Extra Fats??

Recently i have bought Sauna Slim belt from rediff shopping online, now i am not that sure its goin to work on my bulging belly,
any one is here who has ever used this vibrating slim belt , can suggest me!!!

so how did it go with the sauna belt? i also have mine but i only used it for like 3 times and that was like a month ago.. i did sweat but i didn't measure so im not sure if it worked.. does it?

I did try a 2 times.
Actually I did lost about 1 inches each time.
