Music relaxes my mind and body when I listen to it. It also gives me peace of mind.

Music does peace of mind. It is such a great heeler ...I feel when one is upset or not in a good mood...listening to some good music can raise the morale and brighten up the day.

wow great topic!! I truely believe that music is a *sound track* for ur life whatever u were doing at whatever moment u cna put a song to it or there IS a song to it u know? Think about it... ok ur at a dance with someone u like alot and a song comes on - U WILL NEVER forget that song!! ever!!! whenever u hear it YEARS AND YEARS after u will be RIGHT back to dancing with him!! Doesnt matter how many times or years u been married how many kids! u will be trasported back to that DAY! :) same with smells :) xx thanks!! brought back some memories for me :)XX
