I have heard it helps a lot. My son is wild and we were thinking about trying the omega 3 pills as well. We just have a hard time getting him to take them. He is only 5 so I am hoping it gets better with age.

My son's not wild but he can't concentrate very well in class and byt he time they settle down to do the work he has forgotten what they are supoosed to do. Homework was a battle but he has been taking them for a month now and I do belive they are working. Last night I asked him to start his homework and he did straight away with out fuss and sulking

The pills I buy are called eye q, they were trialed over here in the UK 2 or 3 years ago and proved to work. Every one was buying them and the stores couldn't keep up with sales. My son couldn't swallow them at first but he's ok now.

My mom takes these, shes a health nut. It improves memory, brain function and does aid in concentration. If your son is good at taking them encourage it now. The pills aren't going to hurt anything keep your son on a healthy road through life. :)

Hi Scorpio2111! I always take a combination of Omega 3, 6 and 9. I was told that omega 3, 6 , and 9 are best for emotional well being, heart, skin, hair, and balancing. I have seen an improvement in my emotional well being I battled post partum depression. I am not sure about consentration but fish oil omega 3,6,9 balances everything out. Good luck :)
