Point in star

Hi there, what's been up to lately buddy? Well, those stars has it's level, but i think it's just a computer thing and there's no relevance at all. The #10 Star Rating which is the color blue Star is the highest Star Rating that we could possibly get. However, i really don't know how and when can i get that, as i've been working hard here with my responses and discussions and keeping on receiving best responses and positive rates, but then, my #9 Star Rating has been stuck with me for a couple of months now and not going up it's level. The points are how your discussion are rated by other mylotters. If you get a lot of positive ratings, it goes up, but then some can start rating you negative and they drop. I really don't think it makes a difference, it doesn't matter to me what my rating is. I have had it go down 2 points only to go back up in a few days.
