HELP My 6yr old boy and my 4 yr old boy are constantly fighting

I am getting fed up with my sons antic of constantly fighing, biting, each other.
Not a day goes by without them fighting and it is really getting under my nerves.
I believe that they are both Alpha Males.
I would like suggestions of how to handle this

For starters, if they are fighting over a toy, take it away from both of them, and send them to different corners. . I suggest that if you have time, and are a stay at home mom, take them to a track or park and make them run until they are too tired to run any more. tell them they are going to do this every day until they learn to get along. And do it. it won't be long before they decide to gang up on you instead of fighting

I am a stay at home mum.
I am unable to get them to run until they are tired as I have 2 other children.
I do try to take the toy,book or magazine away from them.
But I do think they are trying to be the boss in the family.
