What time zone are you in?

I'm in Eastern USA time, which is -5:00 GMT I suppose. I'm the same time zone as NYC.

Pacific time here, so -8:00 GMT? I used to live in the midwest and was in Central (-6:00 GMT). I still have a hard time getting used to hearing times announced for TV shows, because I've listened for the Central times my whole life till now! :)

I'm in central time at the moment... LOUISIANA. Yet I travel alot so with the jet lag and all... I forget at times.
