do you listen to music when you are running in the mornings?

Everyday when i wake up, i will turn on my radio. Music is really important for me because i almost listen to music everywhere. Even when i'm studying, i will listen to music also. Another one is even i'm in the toilet, i will listen to music too.lolz...so shame to say about it. Have a nice day!

I just practice "walking medicine" in every morning and if I missed it, I take it at evening time. But with no music and having it plainly. Relax and cool walking while enjoying the nice greenery surrounding. In fact good to look at lush green for eyeballs after quite long hours at computer. :::michael:::
