If you like a subject of discussion in mylot and say want to have a look at it, do u read it completely?
Or do you read half part of it as you can't keep your patience.
In my case most of the time i read it full length.
When I can't understand it I leave it and don't answer.
What about you?

Most of the time, I read through the long discussions, but the title is very important to me as the title speaks for the topic itself. I mean, if the title of the topic is interesting enough, I don't care much about reading through to the end before I can respond to. An interesting title is always the most important thing to draw attention from someone. It is like a beautiful dress that is eye-catching, which can always draw people's attention.

I believe that you can leave a better feedback if you'll read the topic completely. Better not to respond if you dont know the topic at all..You might mislead the discussion and might give an out of the topic response..a good writer is a good reader.
have a nice day!

If I am interested and I plan to respond then I read all the part of discussion no matter how long it can be,I don't wanna respond without reading its entirety because I might be misled and post things that is irrelevant ot the discussion. :)
However,if at the start it doesn't interest me at all and I know I won't respond then I leave and go with the next discussion.

Hello subha12, If I come across a subject of discussion in mylot that interest, I will look at it and read it completely no matter how long its length is. Usually I its an interesting discussion that I can learned somethings from.
After reading and understanding it fully thats the time that I respond to the discussion. That's way I know my response is related and has significance with the topic posted on the discussion. :-)

Hello subha12. To be honest, if I am really interested in a topic and but it's very long, I almost never read it completely. I read some articles or comments, but I don't have the required patient and time to full-read it...

I do not always read the long discussions. Sometimes I read the half the long discussions and sometimes I go through the discussions very fast especially it is a very long discussions. I think it is good to post quality discussions rather than long discussions.

I usually read the entire discussion but prefer to read consice short ones. Do not have the time to spend reading a long dissertation.

Hello Subha,
I am doing the same thing as you are. But I don't really like long discussions, since it is time-consuming and I am not sure if I am to the point to him/her even I have read through the topic.

Hi as i think it is very difficult to read the whole discussion ifit is very long!
So i just try to read only few lines of the discussion and try to under stand the meaning and just givethe answer as i feel is required to say!
So for me important thing is ifyou take the correct meaning of the discussion or not?

I will read it if it is interesting.
If after about 3 lines I lose interest then I will move on to something else.

I try and read all the discussions, big and small, though the very big ones start to bore. It is always better to be short and precise so that the picture is immediate of what you want to tell.

I read the whole thing unless I can't understand what is being said. Then I just go without responding. If I am interested in the topic, I read it all so I don't answer in a way that makes no sense because I didn't read what the person was saying.
I have seen many people repeat things that were in the original post and the poster will tell them that they said that in their post. Shows those people only read a little and answered without much thought, imo.

If I find the topic interesting, I would read the whole discussion, depending on how the author writes,if he likes , you know a good story teller, I would love reading it all the way through.
There are times though that I don't read the entire discussion. What I do is to just reading between the lines and the paragraph.
