Do you think businesses should be re-humanise!!

Now a days business & corporate houses are just going far away from humanity. They are just concerned about the result & treat their employess as a mere robots. What do you think of this attitude.

Robot employees? - robot
Business today is all about money and nothing else. It seems the companies don't care anything about their employees as long as they get the work out.
