Some peoplee look down on those who are not as perfect as they are. I am beginning to not pay attention to them and I do my best to stay away from people who put others down. I just figure that what comes around goes around.
What would you do when you meet those type of people?

I actually have an acquaintance who is like that, I don't just like it when he looks down on his co-workers and think that he is better than them, that he is different from them..
I don't give much attention though, I just hope he'll realized one day that he is also the same with the rest,I mean he made mistakes too,he is sometimes under stress too and he's also going thru some tough times just like everybody else.

Well there will always be people like that, here in mylot and even in "real" life. They are so self-centered and possessed of somewhat force, so I avoid them and try to not engage them in every manner as possible.
I always think that most of these people are those which have insecurities in themselves, so it's really pity that I feel for them and not hate!;)

I already met a lot of those people who puts other down.I think the reason is, they are just unsecure and need to prove themself and other how good are they in something.but it doesnt mean it have to be true.they just don't know how to behave when they loose so they would better talk about themslf like they are the best in the world.I am trying also to stay away from people like that, while it is not easy deal with them and they can be horrible.

My mom use to tell me, "No one is better than you and you are no better than anyone else".
People who act that way seem to be insecure inside and fear others won't value them so they hide those feelings by acting superior.
I've met all sorts of people in all walks of life. If they act that way towards me, I don't give the satisfaction of acting that way. I usually avoid them or just feel sorry for them because I know my own worth and if they can't appreciation that, I don't appreciation them. They lose my respect and that's there loss, not mine.

I've came across many of those overconfident people at workplaces and i'd often tried to avoid them. They can be quite irritating many a times. It just is not healthy to look down on one's peers/colleagues/juniors/buddies.

Yeah a lot of airheads out there. I hate them. I try to stay away from them. I'm very choosy when it comes to friends. Life is too short to spend time with a__holes.

I do! Yes, she's my officemate actually. She is exactly the type of person you are talking about. But I can't avoid here because we sit beside each other in the office and we have lunch together almost everyday and with some office mates.
I just have to ride on with her personality. I don't want to tell her about it because I don't want to create trouble in the office, for it will affect our jobs.
You see, she is acting like my superior when in fact I am better than her (yes, my officemates told me that actually).
So I just hope she will have her own medicine someday and have somebody tell her about her personality.

Yes. In fact, I met them many times. But the worst one was a client in our office. He talked about law and other legal matters as if he knew everything. He didn't know I studied law also. I knew he was stating the wrong law and other legal basis. When he was over, I told him all the wrong legal basis he mentioned. I even commented on his wrong grammar. That's the lesson of being a know-it-all guy.

Yes .there are so many people who think they are better than others.
Take my manager for example. To be frank ,she made a good job in her field. But not everywhere.Sometimes she really perticular about the word I use in letters. And she insist on hers. That really take my breath away.

I cant stand people like that and I always let them know somehow that they are not better then me. Then I always try and avoid them if possible. Who do they think they are? No one is better then anyone else in this world.

Yes I have met such people and as soon as I discover
this over-confidence in such incapable people, first thing that I do is to ignore them completely, not to give them any importance as if they don't exist for me. I see that in future I keep distance from such people and don't let them showoff their lousy wrong ideas that they have about themselves to me. In short I show them their real place, which is not even worth pennys.

LOL This is going to sound funny and contradicting to myself but I can't stand people like that so I become angry with them and talk down to them! LOL Basically I'm mean to people like that because they're annoying and irritating!

Yes i have met several people who have this quality.I always try to keep away from them as i am not interested to argue with them which i think its wasting my precious time as they are the ones who are not going to accept whetever said as they have a separate policy "iam right always" hence i ignore and keep moving..

I don't have a preferance for those who look down upon the others. They always think that they are more superior than others and would laugh at them for what they do.
I think that it is always good to be friends with people and never think of myself to better than the others. It is like what you said here, what comes around goes around.
