Can you immediately wake up as while as your alarm clock sounds?

What time do you usually get up? Have you ever late for class/work/meetings? Can you immediately wake up as while as your alarm clock sounds? What is your feeling when it sounds?

I usually hit the snooze button several times. I always feel tired. But I feel better after I have showered, it's just getting out of bed and into the shower that is the tricky part.

I can wake up almost immediately after my alarm goes off. I am almost never late for any appointment, since I think it is rude to be late. I usually get up at around 7 in the morning.

usually at 7am, im usually not late, but time flies sometimes. normally i wake up on the first alarm sound. most of the time if i wake up by alarm, i won't feel as good. but if i wake before alarm i feel better.
