my hair drop, what to do?

I got hair drop problem for long time around 2 years now, I am 31 years old. 15 pieces everyday. Now I found my hair have lost alot. So I perm now make it looks more hair. I really worry about this, I going to doctor but not works, now I going to specialist hair treatment for consultation, but the cost really expensive, I couldn't afford. Somebody can recommend me what product to use.
