Weird dreams whilst taking Melatonin?

Hey, everybody: I take Melatonin for sleep, and I was just curious if anyone else has really vivid, outlandish, and sometimes incomprehensible dreams? Ever since about a month after starting it, I would have these just, insane dreams, and I could never figure out why. Perhaps it's just the fact that I'm sleeping through the night, instead of only getting five, or six hours of interupted sleep?

I haven't taken the stuff in years, but when I did give vivid dreams- so I learned lucid dreaming so that I could have some control over these "adventures"... Nowadays, I don't need much to obtain that deep REM sleep, I've learned to relax myself at least two hours before falling asleep- quite a feat in this noisey town! :) Here's some medical facts on Melatonin: http://www.medicinenet.com/melatonin-oral/article.htm and Vessels Of Peace- to help you relax: http://www.vesselsofpeace.com/main.htm
