What would you do if you have no enough time to jog because of your work? Jogging exercise must be done regularly to benefit our own bodies. But alwways because of the nature of our job, we find no time to do the exercise.

If you really like to jog, you will probably find time for it somehow. When I was in school, I was also working part time as well as taking care of my infant son in between. And this was the time in my life that I lost lots of weight and got in great shape by building up lots of miles in my routine. What I did was simply sneak out of the house when it was still dark, and everyone else was asleep, at 4AM, sometimes 3:30. If you have a 9-5 job, No one at work will have a problem letting you do that. If you have an irregular schedule, you will still find pockets of time here and there, especially if you get your weekly schedule beforehand. Think of jogging the same way as taking a shower. It takes time, but it has to be done for internal hygiene and maintenance. Sure, you save time if you skip it, but you'd rather not. You'll find the time.

Understandably, this is really quite a predicament to be confronted with, to be sure, especially in light of the obvious fact that effectively juggling work and other activities like jogging, for instance, is noy simply a walk in the park, so to speak. Of course, for one who is absolutely focused on work or a certified workaholic, easily attending to other endeavors, which could perhaps be considered as nuisance, if not distractions, would be quite a long shot. However, to my mind, for those who have been actually accustomed to having a consistent workout routine to essentially stay fit, and such exercise routine was suddenly altered, due to their overwhelming workload, it would perhaps be quite a reasonable bet that it would really be hard for them to easily adjust to the new and unfamiliar situation they suddenly find themselves in. If one has been used to constant jogging, for example, it would truly be hard to adjust to a situation where because of his/her workload, he/she should abandon his/her jogging routine at once. This leads me then to your main question of what essentially should be done if you have no time to jog, considering the heavy demands of your work. If your primary aim is to basically stay fit, even if you are busy with work, then perhaps you could consider substituting jogging with other exercises, physical activities, or fitness routines, which would not, in any way, get in the line or interrupt your work. In other words, find another way to stay fit and successfully attend to your work at the same time. Personally, I feel that ergonomics would be your best alternative, since I truly feel that such would effectively do the trick. So, what exactly is ergonomics? http://www.ergonomics.org specifically claims that "the term “ergonomics” is derived from two Greek words: “ergon”, meaning work and “nomoi”, meaning natural laws. Ergonomists study human capabilities in relationship to work demands." If you want to know a lot more about ergonomics and fully know precisely how it could help you out in finally resolving your current predicament, kindly just visit this particularly insightful website: http://www.ergonomics.org Apart from ergonomics, though, there are still lots of workouts you could try out, which would not really require much of your time and would not even hinder you from working efficiently. If you intend to know more about such exercises, please visit these relevantly helpful sites, which I happen to luckily chance upon: http://exercise.about.com/cs/exerciseworkouts/l/blofficeworkout.htm http://www.shelterpub.com/_fitness/_office_fitness_clinic/OFC_office.html http://www.ergoindemand.com/desk-exercises-ergonomic-breaks.htm In the end, ethulipas, I could really only hope that my suggestions could actually be of help, in any way, in addressing your present problem. Good luck and Happy myLotting!
