To be honest, since I personally don't fully know you yet, I would obviously say that I do not know who loves you.
In a very real sense, the exact identity/ies of the person/s who love/s you still remain/s quite a mystery to me.
However, if I were to make educated guesses, I really feel that I could actually give reasonable answers to your main question.
At the top of my list of sensible guesses would be your parents.
To be sure, it is perhaps absolutely normal that your parents would naturally love you as their son/daughter simply because of the fact that you essentially came from them, and perhaps your coming into this world was precisely due to their true love for one another, which they would highly likely feel towards you as well.
If you have brother/s and/or sister/s, I really believe that it is quite natural to assume that as members of the same family, and having exactly the same blood running through your veins, they would obviously love you too.
Moreover, if you have a wife/husband, it is perhaps a very reasonable bet that he/she loves you, as clearly evidenced by his/her life-changing decision to marry you.
If you are truly religious and you believe in a God as well, and if your faith teaches you that God loves you and you fully consider such a teaching truthful and, consequently, fully believe it, naturally your God must really love you.
Some, if not most, of your relatives may also truly love you, considering that your family lineage is the same, and perhaps you even actually share the value of fostering love amongst each other, precisely since you're all relatives, after all.
Nevertheless, as I've clearly recognized and stated earlier, all of what I've said are simply educated guesses, and it would obviously remain as such, unless you actually tell me that one, if not all, of my guesses are correct.
In the end, I could only really wish that I have somehow guessed the correct answer to your highly intriguing question.
