I read e-books because I have no other choice. I live in a small town in Thailand and have no access to English language books except on the computer. I do have a collection of books but after reading all of them twice they became a little bit old. One way to make reading on the computer more enjoyable is to use Microsoft reader. It comes closer to the experience of reading a real book than anything else I have tried.

Yes, I do read e-books and I do enjoy them. There is software available that will read e-books aloud using synthesized speech, and I've been known to utalize those means a time or two.:) It's great when you're on the go and can't hunt down an audio version of that "good read" you're in to...

Thanks for asking. I read more books irrespective of the medium of study. I always extend my heart felt appreciations to all those web sites who are providing such beautiful oppertunity to read either online or free download. It is not always difficult to read from PC. I have 100s of e-books and iam thinking to print them out and preserve them in my library. one such web site is www.manybooks.net. hope you'll find the books of your interest.

Before i used to have a difficulty in reading e-books but as the years have passed, i already find it easy. but i still enjoy having a book or magazine in my hands. it makes me appreciate books even more when there's a power outage in our city.

I have in the past, mostly for school purposes and projects. I have never purchased an ebook. Nothing can take away that feeling of sitting down and getting lost in a good book. It's harder to do that on a pc.

I can't read e-books. It is way too difficult for me to read a book on the computer....it would be too hard for me to be able to focus in on it. I would need to have the book right in front of me, so I can put a bookmark in it whenever I want to stop reading for a while.
