Whats the revenue model for the site mylot.com?

The site claims to pay us for our logs/discussions.That certainly means that the site owner earns from our discussions..I wonder whats thier revenue model ! How does one earn from some silly (?) discussions or say some thoughtful ones ?
Can someone make me wiser on that ?
Is the site-man listening ?
