In My opinion it depend on what you really want out of ur smart phone to decide if nokia N95 is killer for you,So I have listed the top Five Advantages hope you will enjoy.
GPS: The Nokia has fully functioned Gps with which you can really navigate and mark a step forward for convergence.
Messaging.
Ability to view MS office documents.
Digital Camera.
RAdio
Decide yourself

GPS - whats the use when u dont have ur own cities or County's map

thats available and easy found in the previous models
........

Now Dude you are saying that nokia N95 should have some exciting futures and some extra stuff I guess you have Got GPS and many more things but still if u are not satisfied you should check the stuff before buying it there is no reason you can say it bad I love Nokia I love N95, You can switch back to previous Model.And oh About that battery Stuff Do one thing take that battery to a mobile Shop and get that checked am sure he will give you a new battery and it will work fine.

well i have been using nokia n95 for quiet sometime and fortunately i havent come across any of these mentioned flaws.....infact this is the best ever mobile i have ever possessed

hmmm.. GPS is normally slow since it tries to connect to the service. and GPS normally eats a hell lot of battery because the phone is constantly sending and receiving GPS signals.
battery life? ..i might agree on that. c",) but considering everything the phone powers up, i guess its considerable.
restarts often.. hmmm.. do you have strong 3g signals in your area? coz i remember back then when i was still using 6630, the phone hangs when i'm in an area with poor, or no 3g signal at all. it happens because the 6630 automatically switches bands and sometimes tend to restart. what i did was set band switching to manual, and that fixed the restart problem. i'm not really sure if it would work on n95 though..
