How do you upload a picture from your computer to a mylot discussion?

Can anyone help me with this? I just need to know how to take a picture from your computer and somehow attach it to a mylot discussion.

If I am not wrong, you can attached an image to a discussion only after you have hit 500 posts. Make another 137 posts and you can see.
