Have you ever heard someone say that bad things sometimes
happen to good people? How would you explain to someone
why a wonderful, loving God allows bad things to happen to good people?

I don't believe that God brings bad things to His people. It is us who brought it to ourselves. It is the sin of our ancestors carried over to us. Unfortunately good deeds will not save us from bad things. It is the belief and faith in Jesus that will save us from all harm. If we seek His righteousness then everything else will follow, Happiness, abundance and peace.
God Bless.

Simply because a wonderful, loving God does not allow bad things to happen to good people.
Things happen because of choices people make.
Things happen because of choices people did not make.
Things happen because of choices people make that affects others.
Things happen to random people at random times in this life.
Simply put there are two forces in this world- one represent evil, the other good.
Man had been given the authority and power to rule the earth but turn that rule over to evil.
That evil is hell bent in destroying every soul whlist this life exists.
The good force made a way out.
Eternal/everlasting life is found in Christ Jesus.
You will live forever in the next life providing you stay on the path but not in this life for jugdement have been pass on this life.
Is satan in control? No
Is God in control? Yes
So why does he not stop bad things from happening then?
Believe it or not this life have a script to it and it must be carry out to the end.It must run its course.
Bad things will happen to good people not because of God but because this is part of this life.
It does not mean that God is not doing anything for we cannot pull back the veil and see what is going on behind the scenes but just trust that He knows what he is doing.
