You know that sloooooooooooow walk one has when its time to go to work. Well I was accused of having the "going to work walk" yesterday. :-) It is not as though I dislike my job. Lately I've been very tired. Doing too much I guess. So, am I the only one with the going to work walk?

I've had that walk with some of my old jobs, and there are occasional days when I have it now, but I mostly enjoy going to my job. I do know exactly what you mean, though! :)

No problem with that and just enjoy slow walk as slow walk mean lack of energy in our body and many problems in mind. That is theory of life and don't blame me for my statement. The activity of walk relate the activity of mind. :::michael:::

That is what I was getting across. I have been low on energy lately due to many late nights.

IMO, the slow walk is the best walk.. less stress. I have found that when I slow down, I seem to be a lot more done.. :-)

You could just be right. Slowing down you tend not to be distracted and you stay focused.

I usually have that kind of walk early in the week (Monday or Tuesday) and then it gets faster as it gets closer to the weekend... and I think a lot of people here may feel the same way.

I believe you may be right at that. After I submitted I thought of when my Mom was working she always had a Monday morning face. :-)
