What do you do to bring more referals?

Most of you myLoters are here for making some money. Most of you started with myLot just to have some additional income. But most of you never had any referals or have had problems on getting them. So I'm not asking you how many referals do you get but I'm asking what are your strategies to get more and more referals? What kind of promotion do you use? Is it a blog, do you invite your friends or you use some other methods. Please post some ideas, and do not post any referal links cause i surely do not want this deiscussion to end up deleted. Thanks

I haven't been actively promoting myLot in partcular so I don't know how effective it is to push one specific site. What I've done is to add details of myLot to my website where I detail loads of different ways of earning money. This passive promotion generated 12 referrals in a few months - nothing special but I'm sure if I promoted it more actively I could greatly increase this. If you don't already have your own website I'd recommend starting a blog of your own and then write about your experiences with myLot on a regular basis. If you then promote the blog, (linkreferral works well) rather than just myLot, people are more likely to join up. Your blog doesn't need to be about earning money and could just be your thoughts and experiences but needs to be updated regularly, or you could concentrate on all the ways you're trying to earn and give you experiences with each.
