We have recently incorporated and purchased our first home (project). We don't believe in the term "flipping" since we go in and rehab the home or update the home to actually increase the value. Is there anyone else out there doing this or interested in doing this. I would be more than happy to share what we've learned so far. We have bought and sold other homes but this is our first home that we haven't lived in. Anyone interested in the updates or can you share some advise?
