Hello boys and girls!

English is second language for me too.I am trying to improve every day by reading books, magazines, listen radio or cd, watch television and talk here on my lot.But I think if you want really learn, you need to talk to somebody to hear that language and try to understand.I am sure mylot would help you a lot too.Becuase here it is so much fun and in one time , you can earn and learn too.Isn't it great??I hope you will enjoy it here and wish you a fast improving with your english.

Go follow some class, listen to the television without subtitles, radio on internet you can find radio and television from all over the world. I'm from holland and my English is not very well, but when you bring some time typing on internet it's going each time better.

Hey Chinese friend!!!! I would like to tell you that reading is the best thing to improve your English. You can read books, newspapers, magazines which interests you. But make sure you do reading on daily basis. Always refer a good dictionary for the meanings of difficult words which you come across while you are reading. This will surely help you. Also watch English movies and try to understand them. Watch talk shows on TV which are in English and commentaries. This will help you to form simple sentences. Talk in English with your friends and relatives.Make sure to use all the new words and sentences that you have learnt while speaking with others. Usage is most important. Unless and until you speak, you will not be able to gauge yourself whether you are speaking correctly or not.

I think the best way to learn english is to study and use it as much as you can. If you have friends that speak english try to hangout with them a lot. you will pick it up faster.
